Shipping processes may vary by country or region, as different courier companies handle orders. Buyers must provide accurate shipping information and a valid delivery address so that local couriers can easily deliver. Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, we have no control over the shipping process.

We are not responsible for any shipping problems caused by factors beyond our control (such as incorrect addresses or problems with the courier company). Any delays or additional costs incurred due to the buyer changing the address during shipping are the buyer's responsibility.

If delivery is delayed or the package is lost due to the courier company's fault, we recommend that you contact them directly first. If you encounter any difficulties in communicating with them to resolve the issue, please contact us, and we will contact the courier company on your behalf and assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible.

Shipping Information
To ensure successful delivery, please be sure to provide accurate shipping information, including your email address, phone number, and delivery address. After placing your order, please check your email regularly and keep your phone accessible so that our customer service staff or courier can contact you if necessary.

Please note that different countries may have different shipping policies regarding required shipping information. Therefore, throughout the entire process from order placement to successful receipt, the seller may request additional necessary information related to shipping.

Some regions also have specific requirements for orders. For example: If your order is shipped to Russia, please provide your company name and corresponding address. Otherwise, delivery times may be extended.

- For orders shipped to Brazil, a personal tax ID number is required; otherwise, the logistics company will not accept the order.

- When shipping to Taiwan or Mainland China, please note that the recipient needs to verify their identity on the "EZWay" APP.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

To maintain competitive shipping costs, Chuyun has established different logistics pricing standards for different countries/regions. We offer three different shipping methods and three delivery areas, covering most countries and regions worldwide to ensure that the needs of most customers are met.

For most countries, standard delivery takes approximately 15 days.

Orders to remote countries take approximately 25 business days.

Shipping Location

Shipping is by default from China, based on warehouse inventory priority, unless otherwise listed above.

If your local warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from a distribution center in China, which will result in longer delivery times than usual.

Customs and Other Taxes Imposed in the Importing Country

Please note that the prices shown on this page do not include any import duties or local taxes. When your order arrives in the destination country or region, local customs will levy taxes, which will be borne by the buyer. As tax policies vary from country to country, we regret that we cannot provide exact amounts. Therefore, please be sure to check the tax rates in your country or region to determine the specific taxes you will need to pay. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note that taxes will still be incurred upon arrival in the destination country or region, regardless of whether the buyer signs for the goods. These taxes must be borne by the buyer. We will accurately declare the customs value for all goods shipped from distribution centers in China or overseas.
