Except for Defective on Arrival (DOA), any damage caused by human error is not covered under warranty. If your item is damaged in transit or malfunctions within the warranty period, please send us pictures or videos via email to prove the problem. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Chuyun accepts returns within 60 days of receipt. Restrictions may apply in some cases; please see below and the return policy for details.

Please note: We will inspect all returned items. Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories intact. You must contact us and provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will reply to you as soon as possible and inform you of the specific return process.

Refund
All refunds will be returned to your original payment account.

Note: Customers only need to pay for shipping once (including return shipping); there are no handling fees for returns.

We accept shipping methods including ePacket, China Post, and fast shipping options such as DHL and FedEx. If you require other shipping methods, please contact us first to confirm, otherwise we may not be able to accept your order.
